Hang on, I'm busy working on this part of the synth.... Timecode-based automation tracks!
- stops/starts visuals rendering on canvas
- enables/disables audio reactivity
- record/stop/save video recording of canvas
- when enabled, select a knob in neuromute then twist a midi knob on your controller to assign
- open/close sequencer to automate neuromute visual synth properties
- open/close this menu
- load a preset, or, if save preset has been clicked, save current settings to this preset
- randomise settings to create new visual
- once clicked, you can then select a preset to replace and save the current settings to
- reset any shift/alpha/amp settings (applies to global and individual R/G/B channels)
- how reactive to audio input the resulting visual shoud be
- the minimum radius for rendered visuals
- a mode (formula) to use for width of rendered visuals
- the line width of rendered visuals
- a mode (line cap) to use for the line of rendered visuals. 1=butt, 2=line, 3=square
- the trail length (the number of shapes) that get drawn within our render animation loop
- the frequency to draw each shape within our animation loop. 1=every frame, 2=every 2 frames, etc
- the formula for our drawn shape (circle, half-moon, etc)
- whether to fill the shape or not. 0=false, 1=true
- if fill is true, how often to fill. 1=every frame, 2=every 2 frames, etc
- whether to randomise the frequency. if fill is true and freq is set to 20 and rand is true, then every frame would have a 1 in 20 chance of being filled. 0=false, 1=true.
- whether lines are drawn with dashes. 0=false, 1=true
- if dash mode is true, this denotes the dash length
- if dash mode is true, thi denotes the gap length
- determines the current color algorithm
- shifts our global colors (all three color channels R, G and B) up or down. These colors cycle, so going beyond our upper (255) or lower (0) limits will take us to the opposite end of the scale
- the global canvas alpha
- the amplification of the resulting color values on all colour channels (R, G and B). if our initial value is 20 and an amp of 5 is set, then the result is 100
- channel specific color value shifts. these DO NOT cycle, so going beyond our upper (255) or lower (0) limits will not have any other effect beyond showing the limited value
- a non-interactive knob that displays the current value of the color, including global shift, global amp, channel-specific shift and channel-specific amp. this does NOT include any reactor shift or reactor amp applied by audio reactivity
- channel specific amplification of the resulting color value. if our initial value is 20 and an amp of 5 is set, then the result is 100

Data used by the Neuromute visual synth is stored in your browser's localStorage.
This data includes your current MIDI assignments, your current saved presets and your current sequencer/automation tracks.
If you clear your browser's localStorage it will remove all of this data. You can export and import the data here, so that when you clear your localStorage, your MIDI assignments, saved presets and sequencer/automation tracks can be re-imported/loaded in. It also helps with portability, as you can take your current configuration and move it to another machine entirely.
